  • La Crosse Encephalitis (LAC)
  • Jamestown Canyon Virus (JCV)

Our primary focus in the standard treatment is on targeting mosquitoes, and we also address fleas and ticks in the yard. Minnesota is home to around a dozen different types of ticks, and while not all of them spread diseases, it’s essential to protect yourself against tick bites. The most prevalent ticks encountered in the state are the American dog tick, also known as the wood tick, and the blacklegged tick, commonly known as the deer tick. Among them, the blacklegged tick is responsible for the majority of tickborne diseases in Minnesota. It’s crucial to be aware of the diseases transmitted by ticks in the region. Stay vigilant and take precautionary measures to safeguard yourself from potential tickborne illnesses. Some diseases include:

  • Lyme Disease
  • Anaplasmosis
  • Babesiosis
  • Ehrlichiosis
  • Powassan Virus Disease

  • Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
  • Canine Babesiosis
